"Hot tub was not very hot"

"The place is lovely, the tents, the fireplace, the main lodge, everything is curated to the finest detail. Fantastic experience next to Acadia National Park. The staff was very helpful as well. The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable since you can feel the rods used to warm them up in winter. Must be very practical in winter, when a heated mattress is a great feature, but it made it pretty uncomfortable for us. Breakfast is simple but nice and complete, and it includes gluten-free...

"Great view. Older facilities but clean and well cared for but walls thin heard everything neighbors did, especially the walking around of those above us. Also water temperature in shower very inconsistent - one moment boiling hot and next ice cold."

"The staff was very helpful and the location was amazing but I found the rooms were very dingy and old. Plus the way our room was set up only 1 bed had access to the air conditioner they were split by the bathroom and sink area. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable in the other bed. The main pool and hot tub were over crowded. Overall I would say not worth the price of the room."

"Reserved a room with 2 beds. Got to room had 1 bed. Went to front desk. They said no rooms with 2 beds available. I asked for a cot or something like that. They said they had none available. I asked for linens. They said none available. Instead of 4 people in 2 beds, we put 3 people in 1 bed and I slept on the floor. At midnight someone from the hotel knocked on our door asking if we wanted a room with 2 beds. I told them that we had already dealt with it and were sleeping until they banged on...

"The restaurant right next to the hotel had delicious food. I wish that the breakfast was included, but the room was spotless. The balcony was a great addition, and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend!"
