" We came to Tunisia as my partners sister was getting married and it was closer to where he lived in Telboulba . Arriving on a Friday we checked in at 3pm and we was showed our room which I very disappointing . It was small dark and out dated room . The bed was very uncomfortable . The air condition was not working up to standard . The next day we had to complain about the room and asked them to move us to a better room with a good location . We viewed about 3 rooms which was all the same...

"Séjour exceptionnel ! L’hôtel est top à tous les niveaux : la nourriture est variée et délicieuse, les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien équipées, et alors l’animation… juste incroyable ! Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe pour l’ambiance chaleureuse et les activités proposées. Seul petit bémol : pendant le déjeuner et le dîner, la chaleur dans le restaurant est vraiment difficile à supporter, on se croirait dans un four.
