"Trotz Buchungsbestaetigung standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Das Hotel sollte erst zum 31.8. wieder öffnen. Dank der guten Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steigenberger Hotel konnten wir noch einen wunderschönen Tag in Braunschweig genießen. Man hat uns ohne Probleme sofort ein wunderbares Zimmer zu den gleichen Bedingungen zur Verfuegung gestellt."
