"big clean room with two queen size beds, wonderful breakfast, secured parking, kind and responsive staff. stayed 2 nights there, highly recommended."

"Breakfast was fresh nevertheless a little change in daily menu would go a long way for someone spending five days at the property. Location was perfect ! Friendly staff. Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now. "

"The hotel duplicated the room charge - i paid for my staff through expedia and yet on arrival i was charged again. I discovered the duplicate and wrote to the hotel on 26th April. its now 30th April and i have not even gotten any acknowledgement. Totally unacceptable service."

Solicitamos al personal cambiar la habitación a una planta superior porque nos resultó muy incómodo esto y nos lo denegaron. "It’s the best option if you’re travelling down south, its location by the bus station and costanera Park it the best. The breakfast was awesome and the room as well. Everything quite clean and good quality Totally recommended"

"Good location and adequate parking given that it was low season. Facilities are well maintained, which was surprising as I did not see any staff other than the owner during my stay. Unexpectedly, the hotel does not provide breakfast and I did not get any soap as well. Overall, I will probably look for a different place next time I stop in beautiful Puerto Varas"
