"It is a very charmy and historic house located a few minutes walking from the lake and puerto Varas city centre. Wifi was a bit hit and miss but there is a parking space and the hosts were really polite and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and the room while not very big was clean and comfortable. Would recommend"

"Mareas is an absolute gem! A secret hideaway tucked away in beautiful nature. You feel removed from the world inside this peaceful enclave. "A lot of wonderful things about this hotel. the surrounding natural beauty and the very beautiful dining room and common rooms with stunning views. The wooden deck surrounding the hotel and outside the spa area is somewhat degraded and even rotten in some places by the hot tub. The breakfast is very nice.
