"The front of the hotel looks nice, but inside is not as full of character as this suggests. The room was clean and adequately equipped, and the underground parking was useful. For a “pet friendly” establishment it was disappointing to be told that dogs were not allowed in the breakfast room and there were no other options for where we could take breakfast, so we declined. I suspect we wouldn’t have been allowed to leave our dog in the room, and I wouldn’t have done that anyway. In close...

"Very good room to family with children to stay the night. The unique points to improve is the windown of bathroom without 100% black-out (5am there are a little of ilumination). On the balcony, you can remove the pebbles from the floor so that children don't want to pick them up and throw them on the roof, and there is also a space on the side where a small child could fall. Beautiful view! Total silence."

"The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and our baby when we came in very late from bad weather! They helped make sure we had a table with food and were so kind to us. The breakfast was excellent with gorgeous views! Our baby loved seeing the animals outside the hotel and we wish we were able to stay longer!"

"Our stay at the Best Western was truly wonderful! The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. We opted for the breakfast package, and the food was absolutely delicious. And the view—just breathtaking! The only downside was that finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge. The entrance is located in the middle of a mall, and getting our luggage there felt like quite a workout. On the bright side, the parking was excellent!"
