"Gorgeous views but the room was outdated. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall, the sink facet had no pressure so they removed the screen which just made the water spray everywhere when in use, and the shower handle kept falling off. Also the toilet was leaking. They need some serious updating. The property location was stunning but we couldn’t enjoy it after 5pm because the sand flies were out. They were so horrendous. "Pros: clean and spacious room, working A/C, very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: there was no hot water (only lukewarm water). They ran out of in-room coffee.
The best thing about this place is the staff. They are very nice and welcoming. There are roosters on the property that serve as alarm clock in the morning. I didn’t mind them at all as I needed to get up early every morning. Overall a pleasant stay."
