"The property was not open for business. They sent a message through Expedia asking me to cancel my reservation for a refund because they were not open the day of our reservation. I responded back to them that they must notify Expedia and I never heard back from them. "

"Nous avons passé 2 jours extraordinaire avec mon épouse choyé par Gaelle et Djam, les hôtes de la maison. La villa est magnifique avec de très belles chambres et une décoration mêlant des objets modernes avec une bâtisse classique et rénovée Le dîner concocté par djam était sublime avec des produits de qualité et des vins de la région choisis et sélectionné Nous avons hâte de pouvoir y retourner ! "Really good hotel in excellent location."

"Nice property. Friendly staff. One negative is the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings with few other dining options close by. "

"All very good . Good breakfast👍"

"This was a wonderful place to stay out in the countryside to explore the Gers. It is minutes away from Condom and Romieu, an hour or so from Auch - and in the midst of a number of Armagnac distilleries to discover. My room was very comfortable, breakfasts were excellent, and the one dinner I had was exquisite."

"Everything was very clean and the staff were fantastic. Pool was very clean and lovely, only complaint was the flies in restaurant. "

"Salvador is a great host and very helpful. We really enjoyed our short stay. We stayed during a heatwave so the room was fairly warm in spite of Salvador's efforts to cook it down. But, he is working in improving that. And to be fair, the weather was exceptionally hot! The pool is excellent and certainly made to for it. "

"The owners were most gracious and helpful hosts. The room was spacious and sparkling clean and the bed was a dream. Breakfast was delightful. Wonderful stay highly recommended."

"This was a lovely stay in a charming b&b :)"

"Fairly recent refurbishment means everything is modern. Wonderfully comfortable bed, cabin shower room & plenty of USB charging points. A TV but only tab & chair in the room but a bar in reception. Restaurants nearby. Has restored my faith in IBS Hotels - well done"

"Very good hosts know a lot about the area and very helpful."

"Good hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The lady was kind and breakfast was good with home made products. Quiet place. Beautiful landscape. "
