"His hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve seen in my 15 years of travel. It’s very clean very nice very high-quality. The only problem is that the rooms are a little bit small but they do have an elevator. The staff is very attentive. The food is excellent quality. The breakfast is excellent. Everything’s excellent so all they’re missing is the pool but it’s a great place. I would definitely recommend."

"I’ve been coming here for a while. It’s very nice people and a very nice place. They’re basically like vacation rentals where people rent out their home. One of the apartments has four bedroom three bath and the other one has two bedroom one bath they come with a full kitchen, refrigerator, hot water, stove, refrigerator everything the elevator was working last time. I was here but not this time but the owner is very friendly, and he did make his point of coming to visit me and to make sure that I had everything I needed. He even brought me the towels that I requested besides that I would give it a nine out of 10 I would recommend staying here. It’s basically a great place for business travelers or families with children because there’s lots of space for everyone. Also, it’s right near the shopping area although it’s about eight blocks from the city center there’s still shopping all around here and many many places to eat."

"I always stay at this place whenever I visit Vilcabamba, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The atmosphere is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature, which makes it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Rooms are cozy and clean. Food is also excellent. Will definitely stay here again."
