"The only thing that I noticed was the road/traffic noise from the A46. I would like to suggest they invest in some double-glazing as a way to mitigate this."

"Direction by the hosts was spot on! Upon arrival we were a little early but as our room was ready they let us check in straight away. Staff were all super friendly and even offered to bring our bags in. Full guide or room was given. The room was beautiful and facilities were excellent including a mini fridge, milk (and oat milk for hubby), bottled water, handmade herbal tea selection, even umbrellas in the wardrobe incase it was wet! Breakfast was fabulous and really tasty, so much choice and all locally sourced products. Would definitely stay again if we revisit Lincoln 😊😊"
