"Checking in was stressful due to arrival through a bar blaring Mexican music and no obvious check in. Asked at the bar and was instructed to speak to a man sitting at a table. He seemed to be the capable person but left us waiting for 15 minutes while he walked around the bar then outside before eventually emerging to say everything was ok but it was difficult. So upon showing us the room which was already paid in full he demanded €9 tourists fee. No mention of such on booking. I said i have no...
