"I had a pleasant stay at Bella Casa Hotel. While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there is noticeable work in progress throughout the property, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. The true highlight of my stay was the staff—exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth made a real difference. I’m confident that once the renovations are complete, the hotel will offer an even better experience. "

Very large investment made here to modernize this hotel: bathrooms new with strong pressure and hot water plentiful, comfortable beds and bedding. "A good hotel with excellent and very helpful staff. Has all the amenities a traveler visiting Liberia would appreciate, including consistent water and electricity supply, hot water showering, continental breakfast, CNN news, spacious rooms, etc. The only downside is the lack of an elevator system in the whole building. If you can't climb stairs, this facility is not for you."

"The property was very dirty, the room was not ready for me to check in, the manager claimed the payment I made to cover my stay had not been reflected in their account. The room shown to me was very dirty and no air conditioning in the room, the bed covers or sheets were dirty and stinking. The hotel does not resemble what was advertised in Expedia web site. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE."

"Everything was very good at this hotel, except for the reception. They were not ready for us. They first said that they had to call Hotels.com and confirm the reservation, even after I showed them a copy of my receipt. Then, they had not cleaned our rooms.
