"Whilst there were some great amenities at this hotel, the service was terrible. Check in took over 2 hours and our bathroom developed a leak in the ceiling. We had to ask 4 times for someone to look at it by which time the leak had spread across the ceiling and there was constant dripping. They made a hole in the ceiling at the point of the original leak but left the second area until we had complained a further twice. They removed the ceiling tile and left a bucket under it to catch the drip....

"Superior hotel far better than I could possibly have expected. With excellent staff, especially the very sweet ladies helping the karaoke along ( and other events like quiz night). There was one glaring exception: the night reception person (and yes, there is only one) who likes to argue at 5am in the morning and then blames me for arguing back. "Sehr dreckig unser Zimmer wurde erst nach Aufforderung gewischt, Handtücher die gewechselt hätten werden müssen wurden wieder gefaltet und ins Regal gelegt richtige Frechheit, Toilettenpapier wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig es wurde nicht kälter als 23 grad Pool-/Terrassenanlage sehr dreckig aber die Pools sauber Essen war auch nicht gut"

"Room was spacious and clean. Hotel in a quiet location and the pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. The breakfast was not good, hot food was cold, chipped plates and the tea was not nice. Hotel definitely better for the Spanish and no English entertainment as advertised."

"Well located. Room was basic but clean. Water was not replenished daily which is expected at a 4 star. Pool was great but there must have been a junior golf tournament one day and the pool was extra busy and became cloudy. That night I was very itchy so there must have been an imbalance in the pool chemicals. I couldn’t find anyone to tell. The poolside bar was not open when advertised."

"We had ants in our room where we needed to ask reception for spray to kill them, next day after returning to the room the room cleaning was done however still ants on the floor when we returned. Other than that we had no issues. - Staff majority very professional and friendly - manager in bar was slightly rude when I advised pizza we got served was cold almost froze and ask them to recook, he didn’t even speak just gave a dirty look grabbed the plate and left then sent someone else back down...

"Everything about the hotel was perfect for me - location (in the middle of Mojacar), comfortable and clean room (with aircon!!), and very helpful staff (including sorting me an airport connection). Great beach right opposite. Restaurants, bars, live music all very close by. A great stay, and a 'go to' hotel for me if I get to go back."
