"Well located. Room was basic but clean. Water was not replenished daily which is expected at a 4 star. Pool was great but there must have been a junior golf tournament one day and the pool was extra busy and became cloudy. That night I was very itchy so there must have been an imbalance in the pool chemicals. I couldn’t find anyone to tell. The poolside bar was not open when advertised."

"Open the door, smells beautiful but not over powering, bathroom has toiletries and fluffy towels, shower over bath - not so good for people with mobility problems, needs up dating. Beds are made well and are so comfortable, small but adequate balcony with a nice view. Resturant for meals is clean, food is excellent, made fresh for you or take from prepared area. Overall i absolutely loved my stay here."

"Whilst there were some great amenities at this hotel, the service was terrible. Check in took over 2 hours and our bathroom developed a leak in the ceiling. We had to ask 4 times for someone to look at it by which time the leak had spread across the ceiling and there was constant dripping. They made a hole in the ceiling at the point of the original leak but left the second area until we had complained a further twice. They removed the ceiling tile and left a bucket under it to catch the drip....

"Sehr dreckig unser Zimmer wurde erst nach Aufforderung gewischt, Handtücher die gewechselt hätten werden müssen wurden wieder gefaltet und ins Regal gelegt richtige Frechheit, Toilettenpapier wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt
Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig es wurde nicht kälter als 23 grad
Pool-/Terrassenanlage sehr dreckig aber die Pools sauber
Essen war auch nicht gut"
