"Hele mooie kamers met heerlijke bedden met een geweldig bad! Wij hadden een upgrade gekregen naar het appartement. Een waanzinnige mooie kamer en zelfs met een piano erin. Een verblijf om nooit meer te vergeten. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk! Het hotel zat zeer centraal en direct naast het Banksy museum. Al met al een heerlijke tijd gehad in Krakau."

"Fantastic hotel in brilliant location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit different but wonderful and servers were always offering more. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and would highly recommend although there are many nice restaurants nearby. Loved everything about hotel Balthazar and would definitely book again next time in Krakow."

"The air conditioning worked but not very efficiently...I like a cool room but never got cold enough for my taste. Everything else about room ,although basic, was great, bed good,shower etc all fine. Breakfast itself very good but seating area restricted, when busy not enough seating. On the whole the staff lovely,mainly young ladies who were helpful and friendly with exception of one who was unruly and unhelpful. Found it useful to use the restaurant in the ibis attached to our budget hotel fir...
