"Had an absolutely amazing time at the Bachleda, our room was stunning and the beds really comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we asked about activities nearby and they went out of their way to help us to arrange this. Restaurant was lovely with a great breakfast selection and the spa was a lovely relaxing addition too and at one point we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when visiting Zakopane. "

"We booked to stay here because of the location, only a 2 min walk from the train station and approx 10 mins walk to the main square.
The hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every area. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The TV has Chromecast which makes it easy to stream content from your phone or tablet which is something that so many hotels lack but enhances a stay for very little extra cost. "What a beautiful boutique hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the Opus bar amazing…..we loved the atmosphere. Rooms were spacious and everywhere there was a feeling of opulence. Gym small but perfectly formed. Pool really like a large jacuzzi but still a lovely facility. Overall an excellent stay and the staff really were so helpful and genuine. Thank you for a wonderful four days. "

"Upon check in for our anniversary our friends room was upgraded but ours was not, this was a little annoying but we weren't too bothered as we knew we would be busy. We didn't have breakfast booked, but it looked ok. The bar area is beautuful and has comfy seats, the rooms are really pretty and decorated to a fantastic standard. The shower is wonderful and always had hot water. A small gripe, no shower gel. The beds are incredible! The comfiest beds ever! Did not want to leave. Free hot coffee...
