"The rooms were spacious and clean and the grounds were beautiful. Plenty of parking and an easy drive to Obidos. Luckily we were there on a cool night so the lack of air conditioning was okay but a fan would be nice to keep the air moving. Breakfast was lack luster and the bed pillows could use updating. However, it was a really cute space to stay with a family for a few days"

Signage to the reception at the property could be clearer but it is a prominent building in the small village. Breakfast was very good although the absence of tea / coffee amenities in the room meant you had to access them from a common area at cost (expensive).
