"The stay was exceptionally pleasant. Though only for one night, the room was clean and comfortable. All amenities were in working order, including the ice machine and fitness center. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The sitting area was clean, pleasant, and quiet. Finally, the entire staff was courteous and patient. We often visit Albany to see family. Fairfield will definitely be our 1st choice of hotels going forward. Thank you."

"Room needed to be remodeled. We arrived at 8:30pm and the evening manager showed us the room before he checked us in. Manager very nice. Room was very much in need of repair. Bed was clean. No bugs. Safe. Breakfast was cancelled due to remodel. Pool also closed."

"I like the design of the breakfast area. It was very inviting. The breakfast was delicious. The pillows were way too soft, they need to be upgraded to firm pillows. The hotel overall was very clean."

"Motel was generally okay. No shuttle turned out to be very expensive for cabs to and from the airport. Also there wasn't anything resembling fruit at the Continental breakfast, I hadn't ran into this before"
