"They upgraded our room which was nice, very comfortable and clean hotel. We loved the cold plunge, hot tub and pool area as well. Couldn’t be a better location- at the top of the village and right beside the free ski lift to make getting around the village easy!"

"I recently stayed at Le Westin in Mont-Tremblant. The property is beautiful, and my room had a great view. The hot sauna, pool, and jacuzzi are nice amenities. However, I cut my leg on an exposed corner of the jacuzzi. I reported it, but it wasn’t covered the next day. Despite the injury happening on their property, no manager or director ever followed up or apologized. The management’s lack of response was extremely disappointing. "Notre chambre n'était pas prête à 16h30, pourtant ils garantissent la chambre pour 16h... nous avons dû nous faire changer de chambre car la femme de ménage était encore dans la première. La dame à l'accueil n'a pas voulu nous offrir le déjeuner vu la garantie des chambres prêtes à 16h et que ce netait pas le cas pour nous. Tres frustrant comme debut de séjour."

"Good location. Spacious, updated rooms with everything you need. Pool could be bigger with longer operating hours. Elevator VERY slow and VERY busy. Was unaware of the 25$/nite parking charge until I checked in."

"I would have to give this a 5/10 review. Biggest problem is the housekeeping (no cleaning done, no toilet paper, no refill of coffee pods). Hot tubs have a strange unpleasant odour and look like repair is needed, no jets that work properly either. The location is nice! But some things have to be done to make this a 4 or 5 * hotel."

"The pilot light was on in our fireplace suite 305. The fireplace glass was warm to touch. This could be turned off by the hotel till fireplaces are needed in late Fall or ski season. This brought more heat into our suite and the whole building unnecessarily. Other than that a nice place to stay at Tremblant Village. Only a 2 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. We didn't use the facilities like the pool or hot tub. Short walk to shaded paths around Lac Miroir and viewing points of Lac...
