"The hotel itself is a very nice, clean, and well-maintained property in an excellent location. You can tell that the property is cared for, and overall our stay was pleasant. However, there are several areas that definitely need improvement. The biggest issue for us was the complete lack of assistance with luggage. We were traveling with a lot of luggage, and when we arrived, there was no one available to help. No one even offered assistance, so we had to find a luggage cart, load everything...

"Lovely hotel in the heart of Riga. You are close to everything which is perfect for a city break. The spa/pool is a notable highlight at this price range which makes for a nice relaxation area after a long day of hiking. My only criticism is the rooms are a little sterile. Whilst new and clean they are pretty meh. But this is a tiny criticism in an otherwise excellent hotel."
