We were with two small children and stayed 2 nights, unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned, and also no water was provided. when I had to walk to the reception to ask for water late at night as we ran out. They mentioned the person who can bring it will only get back in half an hour (was surprised the receptionist didn't just go to the bar to bring us bottles of water as I mentioned we are with small children) Was already too late and I felt it was ridiculous waiting 30...

"This is a new property. It’s a little remote so you need a car but everything is not too far. The apartments are immaculate, fully equipped with all the necessities required for self-catering or takeout. Staff friendly & helpful. Great pool on the roof."

"Our room was originally full of beetles, we got switched to a different room but it also had many beetles everywhere. They said it's the seasonal beetle but I would imagine a 5 star hotel can spray against them? They were just everywhere in the room. Also the room was not very well maintained. The staff was very helpful I'll give them that. But other than that it's not really a 5 star hotel."

"Staff were very good and the outside pool area is great. I booked a room for 2 but turned into 3 after a cockroach joined us. The drinks are shockingly expensive, 10.50 euro for a vodka and coke whereas the bar 5 mins walk is 4 euros. I know it's a 4 star hotel but no need to rip folks off just because you can. The pool food was more reasonable and tasted good. The a/c controls in the room are a true nightmare to use and require a science degree to understand the 5,000 button choice, also if you...

"I don’t think the hotel has lived up to the Indigo standards. It was not bad in terms of the design, but very small and basic, not the typical Indigo that I had expected. The breakfast was the same every day and was boring. The orange juice was clearly not freshly squeezed to me, but the staff insisted it was. The shower head was very dirty, please train the staff to pay attention to the small details. Nonetheless, all the staff are very nice. "
