"This hotel is beyond. The service is top notch from reception, valet, concierge. I highly recommend it. First time I stay at a hotel where they had to take you from the lobby to your room but the experience was amazing. Santa Park is within walking distance and Santa Claus Village is only a 7 minute drive. The drive into Rovaniemi was also only about 10 minutes. The hotel is a bit on the pricey side but do not hesitate to stay there, it’s a once in a lifetime experience. "

"Clean rooms, clean hotel and great dinner options. Order the artichoke soup, out of this world. Breakfast buffet could do with some updates as many options were blah and dried out and we are 30 minutes into breakfast service. Would stay again."
