"Wonderful breakfast with hot noodle like pho, congee, eggs, yogurt. Family room was nice and spacious and they are interconnecting rooms. Great for our family of 4. Nice view from breakfast area and the front. Nice lobby, decor, furniture. Walking distance into town. Free water and drinks in the minibar. Staff were helpful. Very happy that we stayed here during our trip to Sapa and would gladly return."

"The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. "

"The hotel is located in the busy street of Old Quarter. Very accessible to restaurants, basic groceries, and close to some attractions. They also have a good breakfast buffet but when we had to eat at 6:30am due to early pick up for the tour, they are not yet ready."

"We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. "I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room.The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed.
