"They put me in a room where the shower was all peeling and had rust stains. It was also near the exit of the building so it was very loud ! And to make matters worse- a smoke alarm continued to go off in

"This was one of the best stays we have had in a long time. The staff was super helpful and we absolutely love the indoor pool. I highly suggest stating here. We actually debated staying another night cause it was such a great hotel and the bed was super comfy we got great sleep. Highly recommend"

"Clean, quiet, safe. Close to Florence. We checked in shortly after 4 pm on a Sunday. Seems the office doors were locked around 6 pm. Not sure how long they were locked. We just had a minor question, so it was no big deal. Just not sure how we would get checked in if we arrived at that time. Something to be aware of if booking a room there and arriving late. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again if in the area as it was a very well maintained property."

"I chose this hotel while staying in Eugene for my student’s UO IntroDUCKtion. It was definitely more spendy than other hotel recommendations for the area. "this is my second you’re staying in this hotel and it’s absolutely wonderful. The facility is great. The location is great. The breakfast is great. The staff are great.
The only thing I would change is that the beds are extremely firm, and the pillows were very hard."
