We waited for almost 3 hours, nearly midnight, just for the air conditioner to be repaired, and they offered no better solution until we requested a different room, assured us it was fine, or a refund. However, the staff's response was unsatisfactory. Finally, we were only able to shower at midnight and went to bed at 12:30 AM. I think the hotel should review its staff's attitude and check rooms before guests arrive. This made me unhappy and I will not return."

"Beautiful small resort to enjoy a few nights in this small quiet coastal town in between our big city visits. Beautiful arts around the hotel. Breakfast had good selections. Lunch and dinner at restaurant were good but too pricey! Best calamari ever ever!! "

"Staff were friendly and very professional. Room had some where and tear but clean where it mattered (beds, bathrooms). Great interior design and architecture. Did love the multiple levels of the dining area, it was perfect for working from. "
