"The staff was very nice, kind, polite, and respectful. The hotel was terrible. No toilet paper upon check in, had to request new towels up to 4 times per day, the shower didn’t have any hot water, the pool was in disrepair with missing floor drains and missing tiles, and many sharp ways to cut your skin.
