"Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as it’s closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers. 1. "Hotel is nice. Not so much activities at night. I was looking for drinking water around 11.30 pm but no drinking fountain or vending machine I asked the front desk and told me the kitchen is already close so no drinking water for me."

"Poor condition of facility and terrible customer service"

"The place is beautiful and the customer service is fine. There's just a small dead cockroach in one room and another at the rest room. It could have been improved if it will be checked prior receiving guests so they could remove it plus we lack one towel during the stay which could have checked as well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It is accessible to a lot of restaurants and other places to visit."
