"1st I would like to say what I like about the property. Ocean view. Nice garden clean pools. What i don't like about the property, that is far away from other activities, no laundry on site, same breakfast dish, hotel room hot when arriving when should be best to be cold enough especially when is very hot outside, poor wifi, poor electricity, needs better activity"

I scanned their QR code which is located in the lobby and that is the only place it worked. When I went back to my room the WiFi didn’t work. "The staff made our trip. They were all incredible; by the second day of the trip many of them greeted us by name. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a great bed and AC that kept the room nicely cooled. The new beachfront pool is a huge plus."

"I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good. Also the property has wifi which is also great because if you want to work on your laptop outside you can. One last good thing: the phyiscal location of the property is on a cliff overlooking the ocean which is actually fantastic. Okay but besides this, everything else was terrible. "It started on a wrong foot due to miscommunication on my end, but ultimately it turned out to be a great stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. The manager worked with us through every unnecessary issue that was raised by my group (we had divas). The place is calm, beautiful. They have pilates and other activities on site. Everyone is eager to help and make the stay comfortable."
