"The staff was very courteous. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a kind staff member, Deysy. She was professional through and through, understanding, and explained things in detail. The staff at the restaurant were also attentive and pleasant, & the food delicious! The staff at the parking lot were also attentive and very kind.
Overall, the staff is service-oriented and service-conscious, and it's appreciated.

"Unkept grounds, beautiful but need more maintenance. No easy access to the beach , you could see the water and beach / surfers but very rocky and unstable to get to. The room was nice but almost no water pressure. The place is beautiful and staff great but it is a local weekend pay a daily fee for all day pool access and if you don’t save your seats at pool you wouldn’t have any. But most place here are like this. I get it, it helps them sustain the place but can be frustrating for people paying...
