"Una vergüenza de lugar. Te venden una cosa y entregan otra: no respetaron la habitación pagada y el cuarto que me dieron estaba en condiciones deplorables. Baño con restos de jabón viejo, cabellos ajenos, olor asqueroso y cero cuidado en la limpieza. Es una burla este hospedaje. "

"They were very noisy specifically at the pool. Very loud... Very unpleasant. "

"Firstly the property was empty, the TV brand new like we had to remove the plastic. We needed a cab so the lady sent (presumably) her husband on a dirt bike into town to fetch one as they were taking awhile. Pool was beautiful rooms were clean, common area was well put together. I had asked how I prepare coffee and she said that she would take care of it. We had a wake up call at 8:50 of a girl with a pot of coffee she was dropping off. This was my only gripe and likely due to a translation error was being woken up then for that but I think it was their pursuit of going above and beyond due to my question the night before. For the price I’d say its worth it with the only sacrifice being 1km from the beach"

"In all of our travels, Punta Serena stands out as one of our favorite destinations. The views and beach are amazing. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The food quality and presentation is 5 star. We have stayed here many times with repeatable quality "
