"Got items stolen by other guests and the receptionist said what do you want me to do???? I found where it was and located the thieves and they still didn’t do anything but tell me they didn’t want the police called. I don’t expect a lot of hotels but this shook me. On nye I’m out here doing Sherlock Holmes to find my item guests stole????? I had to confront them with my friend and they hid it in a panel on their floor behind pipes because I left a message on it saying I’d call the police...

"La habitación está bien , y cama muy cómoda, los trabajadores muy majos, el spa no pudimos visitarlo ya que estaba ocupado. Pero para unas horas de 18 de la tarde a 11 de la mañana , estancia correcta. "

"Room it’s nothing that I was expecting and what’s presented on the pictures it’s not mentioned about enormous stairs living it’s at one floor and bedroom to another floor , sheets been terrible with other people hair left on, kitchen not equipped fully staff tried unsuccessfully to give us a kettle for making coffee dishes are old and not very clean, bed it’s coming out from the closet and feet was broken, floor was flooded before probably and was filled with bumps, in bathroom they put hand...

"Avisando que llegabamos tarde 22h. tuvieron el fallo de no abrir la habitacion antes de llegar nosotros y poner el aire para que la habitacion estuviera caldeada al menos. Olia mucho a cerrado y humedad y hacia frio en la habitacion. Tuvimos que dormir vestidos. La máquina nos decian que funcionaba pero hasta las 3 de la madrugada no lo notamos. Son 5 horas esperando no tener frio. Para un 4 estrellas creo que no puede ser asi.
Pedi mantas y tampoco tenian. Me trajo una colcha.
