"The staffs are friendly and good. Specially Paula and Joel they were really helpful. But the resort has aged quite a lot .The TV was not working the Spa is out of service. Only one of the restaurants are working. There is no swimming past 6:30PM which is quite early to close the pool. Their breakfast is mid. Also I recommend not to go there on the off peak season there is no activity to do except for the same thing you will find outside of the resort."

"This hotel is beautiful. I cannot express how lovely our time was here. The room was a great size with plenty of space a storage, and we had a balcony from which we could watch monkeys play in the trees. The aircon was a godsend! The hotel is set up as about 10-15 villas rather than as one large complex. This creates a much more boutique and homey feeling. There are many areas to enjoy in the hotel, including the gorgeous private beach. The food was exceptional, and despite being all inclusive,...

"Great location. Not the friendliest staff when we visited, and the resort could do with a little more TLC in places, but a pleasant stay regardless.
But we had a wonderful time. The Valentine's special was a rip off considering it was 90% the same food as the all-inclusive menu we had already paid for."
