"Location was very central and convenient. Close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops.
The hotel is a bit dated but fairly well maintained. The room was very spacious and super clean. Bed and bedlinen were absolutely luxurious. We had a room on a high floor and the views were incredible!
The views from the pool, sauna and the gym are absolutely amazing!!!
Unfortunately, the steam room in the ladies spa didn't seem to work and was a bit smelly inside.
Few times there was no water in the water cooler in front of the sauna, which was a bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I could see a lady cleaning around but for some reason some of the loungers didn't seem to have been cleaned. There was a bill left on a table by the loungers in the pool, which was left there for 2-3days, which makes you wonder if the area is been cleaned?
Overall, enjoyed our stay but it wasn't quite the 5 star standard you would expect."
