Bar and restaurant staff were less than friendly and told us we could not order room service (even though front desk said of course we could).
The hotel was hosting a birthday party in the pool area and the f&b staff claimed to be too busy to help us.
Difficult to believe that a hotel of this caliber would not have properly staffed for a party that was surely booked with plenty of advanced notice.
Sorry to complain, but I wanted our last night on vacation to be special and the hotel should be staffed so that all reasonable requests can be accommodated, not just the party."
