"On arrival we were amazed at the beautiful design and decor of the main building as well as the presence of the zebras grazing so close to us as we got out of our car. "We received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally. Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some. The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind. The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap."
