Obwohl bei der Buchung ein Babybett angegeben wurde, wurde dieses bei der Anreise nicht bereitgestellt und es wurde auch nicht danach gefragt. Der Service wirkte insgesamt wenig freundlich. Ein Lächeln oder eine herzliche Begrüßung haben wir vermisst. Das Badezimmer wies Schimmelstellen auf, was für uns ein großes Hygienemanko darstellt.
