"Fantastic hotel. Rooms are big and well appointed and very clean. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area simply wonderful. It is set back about 200m from the beach and a10min walk to Otres2. Don't let this put you off as there is a golf buggy shuttle at your disposal all day. You can even arrange pick up up to 10pm every night which is a good idea as the road is dark. "We arrived and we're immediately led to our "beachside room" (spoiler: it wasn't beachside, but it was okay). The room was dirty and poorly lit, but we figured it was the standard for this area. IT'S NOT. There are so many other places that are much better places to spend your money. The absolute worst part of our experience was the staff. (There is one guy who was awesome, but was just helping at night). Every day it was a struggle to get the staff to pay any attention to the guests at all....
