"Excellent stay - would rate 5 star. Staff very friendly. Would like to praise Parmeen, Muskan and Anushka for their hospitality. Forgot the staffs name at the dining area. Excellent service. If I have to pick one draw back - then its AC - it went off when we came back to the resort."

"We did not have an amazing experience at Tamara Coorg. We initially felt that the front staff were extremely disengaging, slightly defensive on some of the feedback we were providing them. 1)food was deplorable. We come from a place of having been to other 5 or 7 star places in India and globally. 2) bathroom cleanliness, stains not up to par with 5 star standards. Our customer service point of contact Raziq made it better with constant engagement and trying to fix everything for us. 3) food...

Shalini from the restaurant provided exceptional service, always taking great care of us whenever we dined there. Overall, it was a peaceful trip and a pleasant stay."

"As it is very small property it is not that great and sad thing is even for indoor games quite a few games has to paid. In restaurant we were not allowed to have food peacefully, very often they use to come and ask for clearing plates. "

"No AC after being charged almost 5 star rates per night. Even though property is well maintained the absence of AC’s makes it a deal breaker and lack of 24x7 room service. Maybe good for old couples who want to go there and sleep only."

"Quiet retreat atmosphere. But also not located near anything so a bit isolated. You get your own casita with your own patio. Beautiful except for shower/tub which is difficult to access if you have mobility issues. Apart from that perfect. Breakfast is perfectly fine but not amazing as it is in other 5 star hotels. Coorg food is restaurant was great. Dont order the pizza! Spa is great. Had 2 massages and both great. "
