"They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid."

"Lot of confusion with stuff : room was not ready and they could not find reservation, gave me different room. After moved me to an other room . Check out was terrible! They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast…Just to much hustle there , not good computerized! "

Chauffage insuffisant par température extérieure sous 0 dégrées. Quelques faux déclanchements alarme incendie. Les changements de préstations due au Covid devrait être indiquées sur le site, comme ca dure depuis un moment. Points positifs: Personnel aimable, serviable, parlant anglais, très bonne cuisine,...

"Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. "
