"This is my second time staying at Meliá, and it won’t be my last. It’s not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service. Every room is cleaned twice a day and I’ve left valuables lying around and everything has always been safe. My only complaint this time was that there was no working light in the shower but other than that everything was 10/10."

The customer service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The dining options across all the restaurants were fantastic, offering delicious food with a variety of choices. But what I loved most were the breathtaking views of the beach that made every moment even more special.
