Karlovy Vary Region Hotels with indoor pool

"Lovely hotel, great dining for dinner and breakfast. Massage was very good. However the rest of spa services were disappointing… the whirlpool was not hot … and the pool environment was not up to the standards one would expect from A hotel of this calibre.l… not very attractive. "

"The position of the hotel is perfect, 2 min away from the center. However that is where our positive experience ended. We got the "apartment" not the "basic" rooms. As a result we where taken nicely to a adjected building via the trash corridor with the nice freezer that looked just like one of those you keep bodies in, in horror movies. The rest of the hallway, was doggy and odd. The floor above us was a bird toilet. Inside it was spacious but even when things was new it was bad. The shower...

"Wir hatten 2 Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht und wurden aufgrund eines nicht nachvollziehbaren Computerfehlers downgegradet auf ein kleines Einzelzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungsflur und einem Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer. Da nichts anderes vorhanden war und wir eine lange Fahrt hinter uns hatten, nahmen wir die Zimmer in unserer Not. Bei der Abreise wurde versucht erneut per Kreditkarte die Hotelkosten nochmals zu kassieren, selbst als wir den Kostenbeleg über die erfolgte Zahlung nochmal...
