"I was COMPLETELY & UTTERLY disappointed with our stay. I am TRULY bewildered with the fact this is SUPPOSED to be a 5-star hotel! I have wanted to stay here since I saw the hotel on the movie Last Holiday….do yourself a favor, DO NOT spend the time, expense, nor travel to waste it all!!! "We had a standard double room which was in lovely condition and spacious enough. The bathroom was clean and modern with a walk in shower. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet even though we had a room next to the elevator. Staff were excellent, friendly and so helpful. Position of the hotel was superb right in the centre near the spring waters. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel and the restaurant served different meals to suit all tastes."

"Aamiainen normi. Uimahalli ok,mtta höyrysauna jatkuvasti oli rikki minun lomani aikana ja normi sauna oli noin 60 lämpöä vain.Henkilökunta on ystävällinen. Hoito (eli esim.klassinen hieronta) hyvin huonosti ja hinta ei vastaa laatua. Hotellin sijainti loistava,helpo päästä bussilla keskustaan 1€:lla . "

"Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings waren die Möbel teilweise etwas abgenutzt. Ich hatte das Pech, dass ich ein Zimmer direkt neben einem Aufzug hatte. Dieser war vom Geräuschpegel sehr präsent, was mir Schlaf gekostet hat. Der Spa ist alt und lässt vom Ambiente keinen Erholungseffekt aufkommen. Der ganze Bereich sieht aus wie in einer Klinik, zumal die Sauna sehr klein ist. Das Frühstück war sehr gut."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Dusche schrecklich. Ist in einer Badewanne. Extrem schmal und der Duschkopf hat keine Halterung an der Wand. Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Abendessen auch, aber leider sehr überteuert. Parken kann man sehr gut."

"I stayed at this hotel late March / Early April 2026. The staff were attentive and friendly and my room was really big. Breakfast buffet was very well presented and delicious. I was given a lovely drink and treat on check in and was shown around the hotel by a member of staff which was a lovely touch. "We booked for thermal pool and we enjoyed in thermal area a lot. The room has nice view , equipment was enough but bed was so uncomfortable, pilow was not comfortable, blanket was small for my husband he could not turn other side because not open himself during night, ... i tried to call reception and ask for extra pillow i need to sleep with high pillow but phone did not work. So next time we will go for thermal but not stay at hotel. "

"Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort. Das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht und somit war im Wellnessbereich nicht viel los. Könnte mir vorstellen das wenn viel los ist , der Wellnessbereich sehr voll sein wird. Die Saunen sind relativ klein. Teilweise passen nur 3 bis 4 Personen darein , außer in die Finischen Für unser empfinden war der Pool mit 28,5 Grad etwas zu kalt , aber wir sind auch Warmduscher.
