"The location is great for visiting the Monasteries as it is right at the beginning of the road to the top. The breakfast was great and diverse. We choose a standard room and didn't need a room with a view as we were most of time out of it. The staff has been very very helpful and help take care of paying a parking ticket on main street while having supper (no signs we couldn't park there). In my opinion that's a tourists trap particularly when you don't read Greek. Overall a very nice stay."

"Excellent location, friendly staff, and nice morning breakfast. Unfortunately the AC unit did not work well and our room was very warm. If traveling in the hot summer months, I would pick different accommodations."

"We were welcomed when we arrived and given an introduction to the area and Monasteries. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Two tavernas near by, and of course the view was incredible."

"L'évaluation est sur la prestation de la chambre et son équipement. Le personnel est très sympathique, disponible et agréable. Notre chambre était désuète, la literie moyennement confortable et les équipements de plomberie sont à revoir et refaire. La douche coule en dehors du rideau, la robinetterie coule... Le petit déjeuner est varié, correct mais il y a des extras $$, c'est abusé"

"LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were large and the shower pressure was excellent. They also had these little gummy sweets in the room that I loved and spent the rest of my time in Greece unsuccessfully trying to find them in supermarkets. They also offered a very nice breakfast spread. The staff was delightful, super friendly during check in and showing us all the breakfast options. I didn't realize they had a pool when I booked so it was a welcome surprise and the view is beautiful."

"The hotel has an amazing view and the location was excellent, but the lack of basic amenities is why I rated it poorly. I requested that the air conditioning be fixed three separate times. The first two times, I was told someone would come take a look, but no one ever showed up. The third time, I was told the air conditioning only turns on when it’s hot outside. It was 83°F (28°C) that day. What was most frustrating was the lack of honesty and effort to address the issue. If the air conditioning was broken, I would have appreciated being told the truth and offered some form of accommodation. They couldn’t even provide a fan. I also wasn’t the only guest experiencing this problem. During my stay, I heard multiple guests complaining to the front desk about the lack of air conditioning. The view was fantastic, but poor communication and the failure to provide a functioning air conditioner made the stay disappointing."
