"Stayed 2 days at dreamworld Resort. Biggest disappointment was Breakfast, as it was limited. Not properly cleaned dishes and utensils. Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری) Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . Day 2, call service was down for 20 hours. (2 rounds to reception, and a call to get iron delivered) Checkin is 3 pm. And takes...

"The property is dated and in need of extensive renovation. The rooms feel worn and unclean, the carpeting should be replaced, and the air conditioning does not work properly. Travelers seeking clean, modern rooms with reliable air conditioning may want to consider other options. The staff is extremely helpful, but drop-off and pickup are difficult because the property’s other entrance is closed for an unclear reason."

"Facility was good"

" The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. Instead of clearly explaining that early check-in was not available, they repeatedly told me to wait another ten minutes. I waited for around 30 minutes, only...

"First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the front desk, restaurant, and guest service teams. They are consistently polite, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to assist guests. However, the facilities could benefit from some attention and updates particularly the bathroom odor and the inconsistent hot water flow in the shower."

"Highly recommended"

"The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites."
