"This beautiful old ottoman hotel is beautiful. The rooms are quite basic but very clean and comfortable. The aircon was brilliant (it was very hot while we were in Safranbolu) and we had a lovely view from our room. The buffet breakfast was a fairly typical Turkish breakfast with plentiful options and we were very satisfied with it. The location is fantastic with jus a short walk to all the action. "The hotel's environment and location exceeded our expectations， you can overlook the entire town from the hotel's garden. The rooms were clean, tidy, and fully equipped, decorated in a traditional Turkish style and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming; in particular, manager Berkay was extremely helpful, assisting us with parking in narrow street and even upgrading us to a larger room with a better view. The hotel also provided a delicious traditional Turkish breakfast. Highly recommended."
