"Hotels.com never contacted the hotel about my reservation, but the staff was happy to work with me and get us a room. Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, very well equipped. This is a new hotel and I strongly recommend it if you’re visiting Ramstein or K-Town. Five stars, would stay again!"

"I had a clean, comfortable, charming room, which was kept well stocked with delicious teas and coffee (plus real dishes, a microwave and refrigerator, to make it even more homey). "The room was spotless, roomy, and supplied with updated features. Large flatscreen, plenty of USBs, touch controls, etc. Breakfast was well done with plenty of variety. Coffee machines offered any kind you’d want. Staff was exceptional!!! Especially Alicia, who went well beyond expected actions to assist us in changing plans and ensuring complications were eliminated."
