"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast bar was plentiful and food good. Bar food was also very good. Hotel is wheelchair-friendly with entrance ramp as well as inside ramps and accessible lavatories. Property is only 6 minutes from the port by taxi. Good experience overall!"

"We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The staff were first class, attentive throughout the hotel and we couldn't fault the superb service. The price of food and drinks were what we expected for a 5 star hotel...

Spotless throughout, staff very friendly and accommodating, food superb and the garden and pool areas were tremendous. 20 minute walk (down hill) to the center with many taxis if you need a lift back.
