"Reserve king bed tapi diberikan single bad. Setelah berdebat untuk seketika barulah diberikan king bed. Pekerja front office yang handle check in dan check out sangat teruk. Kebanyakan meja dalam restoran telah di reserve tapi tidak diisi. Jadi terpaksa duduk di meja yang jaraknya jauh dari tempat hidangan. Sangat tidak selesa. Tempoh menunggu rempahan makanan untuk siap terlalu lama"

"I would rate this a three to 4 star . Does not compare to a 5 star property but it is good value if you want to save money ."

"What an awesome place and what a great staff… loved it !!!"

" Very pleasant stay and great service. Breakfast was very good too.. Worth the money ..😍"

"Tradition meets modern luxury. From the chandelier that greets you to marble‑lined courtyards perfect for long strolls, every corner feels magical. Our spotless room offered unmatched comfort, with air‑conditioning and sleep quality that set a new standard, plus breathtaking night views of the palace lit up in grandeur. The staff’s warmth elevated the experience, especially Akash at Shrot restaurant, who made our meals feel personal and memorable. Dining was superb, with carefully crafted dishes...

"The place had a character, it was beautiful, well maintained. The rooms were very clean and updated. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent with good choices. Food was fresh and tasty. Overall a great experience for me, my sister and her friend. We ! Would recommend this place for anyone"

"Good alltogether"

"The property is overrated. Not so good food and the property is like halveli and Mahal. No outside view"

"Highly recommended - staff and ambience are top class"

"Stay is at very calm place far from city centre. Cabs are cheap to commute, breakfast and dinner are decent with verities. Always book with breakfast else it’ll be expensive. Has a lift and pure castle like feeling. If you love non-veg then go out within 400 m there’s a restaurant MM khan with amazing biryani and Nihari."

"Taj did great job on rooms and gym etc. however this is pet friendly resort and many people leave their pet poop as is. This is a reflection on those uneducated guests not Taj per se. some guests hang their dirty laundry out front. May be Taj can become strict about this kind of behavior. Because it’s Taj after all and people pay premium for experience"

"Property was clean and staff was helpful. But parking space was very limited and entrance was too narrow. Maintenance work was going and roof top swimming pool was of no use. Even buffet breakfast was not available. However staff upgraded our room as we paid around 6500/night."

"Lovely stay - room was spacious and modern. The property is well maintained and very pretty. The pool and gardens were good size and great place to escape the heat. All the staff were very attentive."

"Great place"
