"Queriamos un hotel en Ubeda-Baeza, y nos encontramos con Las Manillas, en Sabiote. Todo un descubrimiento. A un tiro de piedra de las anteriores, pero más tranquilo. El hotel en un palacio restaurado, realmente el contenido es todo nuevo, el "envoltorio" el de un palacio, como su nombre indica. "This hotel is located in a tiny town amongst olive orchards with close proximity to Cazorla and the Cazorla Nature Park. It is a family run hotel, and the owner/manager goes to great lengths to make you feel more like a family guest in her home, than a guest in a hotel. The views over the olive groves from the room balconies are amazing! We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, and breakfast in the mornings.
