"Spa felt dated"

"This hotel is close to the airport. The photos do not give the impression of its close proximity. We stayed for 1 night only prior to getting the ferry to Paxos. You will pay minimum €20 by taxi despite it being less than 10’ away. Reception staff were very pleasant. We were informed we had been upgraded. This means you have an airport/lagoon view rather than a garden view. The downside is lack of sleep due to aircraft noise. My advice would be decline the upgrade. I was still awake at 2am...

"I was given the wrong room which I wasn't booked, and was cheaper $ 300 than the room I paid for , I complained about it same day I arrived ( and with child 12 years old)second day the manger told me I will give you a different room which hasn't view he claimed (more expensive) ,i told him No thanks iam here for the view and good times, he should have done the right thing to refund me the money, Expedia.com refunded me $50 rewards........... I was tricked by hotel descptions. Horrible...

"The hotel was magnificent, very well kept, helpful and kind staff with great service. The beach area was fantastic, great views and table service. We had a wonderful stay celebrating a milestone birthday- we will definitely return, this time with the children."
