"Excellent experience at this hotel. Very impressed. The Manager Mr Emeka went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure my comfort. I don’t usually stay at one hotel per night but on this occasion I extended my stay by 3days. Another gentleman Bruno at the Front Desk was also supportive and very helpful. The team surprised me for my birthday with a cake. I am beyond thrilled and will definitely be returning 🙏!!"

"The property manager was so unprofessional. I told them i had a reservation through expedia, and i was told they could not find my reservation. I even asked to make a new one and they refuse, knowing that it was the middle of the night and i need somewhere to sleep after a long flight"
